A groundbreaking ceremony was conducted for a new residential community proposed for development at in Dublin, California. The project proposal includes the development of a new master planned community offering 500 residences. Landsea Homes is the project developer.
The City of Gilroy has approved plans for nearly a hundred affordable apartments across from a residential neighborhood. The project will construct four three-story buildings on an infill parcel by 6630-6730 Monterey Road. ROEM Corporation is responsible for the application.
Affordable housing plans are moving for a corner lot at 334 San Antonio Road in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The property recently changed ownership for $10 million to CRP Affordable Housing. The team is now aiming to create a hundred units in an eight-story complex close to the San Antonio Caltrain Station.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a small residential infill at 171-175 Monroe Street in Santa Clara. The project will replace two homes with eight units using Senate Bill 330 to streamline the approval process. Ratnajee Arumilli is listed as the property owner.
New permits have been filed requesting a meeting with city officials regarding the 17-story residential proposal for 550 O’Farrell Street in the Tenderloin, San Francisco. Earlier this year, the developer shifted gears on a previously approved project, increasing the scale by four floors and 30 units. Palo Alto-based Sandhill O’Farrell LLC is the project sponsor.
