Lane Partners and LB2 Partners are jointly responsible for the development.

The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use, a transit-oriented affordable housing complex with retail and community space. West Sacramento Housing Development Corporation and Jamboree are the project developers.

Dubbed Maven on 5th, the proposal will construct a Garden Style apartment complex with several structures and a clubhouse. 29th Street Capital Real Estate Investments is sponsoring the development.
New plans have been filed for Villa Fruitvale, a 100% affordable residential infill planned for 3751 International Boulevard in Fruitvale, Oakland. The project will replace a few single-story commercial structures and a surface parking lot with 180 new homes, all for affordable housing. Oakbrook Partners is responsible for the application.
