Planning approval has been granted for the residential infill at 1757 Bridgeway in the city of Sausalito, Marin County. The project is looking to replace four single-family homes with 19 condominiums near the waterfront. Burlingame-based SY Jadines is listed as the project applicant.
A new proposal would demolish an existing single family home in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill Neighborhood and construct a much larger duplex on the site. The new building would rise four stories and consist of one more unit than the previous building. Pristereo is the project architect responsible for the new building’s layout and designs.
New Permits have been filed with the City of Sacramento for a proposed project located 1300 C Street in the Mansion Flats Area. The project consists of two proposed buildings, connected by aerial walkways. The newest permits are inspections for the South Wing building, with other permits ranging from plan review to site demolition permits filed earlier this year. SKK Development is sponsoring the project.
A large residential lot in the Fairmount neighborhood of San Francisco has been proposed as the site of a development for two new four-story buildings. Both building will be residential, assuming the street addresses of 2 and 4 Addison Street. One Design is responsible for submitting the projects initial applications, but their specific designs for the site have not yet been made available.
The Environmental Impact Report has been published for the potentially massive redevelopment of the Tanforan Mall in San Bruno, San Mateo County. The EIR considers two possible scenarios for the mixed-use redevelopment, where the balance of housing to office space is flipped. Alexandria Real Estate Equities is the project developer.
