New project permits have been filed for plans to build a 12-story residential infill at 25 Mason Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The project would add 155 units a block away from the Powell Street BART Station along Market Street, replacing a vacant parcel. American Pacific International Capital is responsible for the proposal.
