The San Francisco Planning Commission has issued the final approval for a revised 67-story skyscraper at 10 South Van Ness Avenue within the Market & Octavia area plan in San Francisco. The letter comes just a few months after the property owner applied for temporary use authorization to operate a community and private event space in the existing commercial structure.
