The 18-unit project has already been issued demolition and new building permits by the city’s Planning Department, with construction expected to start soon this year. SIA Consulting will be responsible for development and design.

The proposed project is a Home-SF development. Home-SF is San Francisco’s local density bonus program. SIA Consulting is managing the designs.

The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building offering residential units and onsite parking. Paramount Estate LLC is the project sponsor. New plans have been revealed for the abnormally-shaped parcel at 98 Pennsylvania Avenue at the bottom of Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The six-story apartment complex is designed to create 64 apartments with the help of the State Density Bonus program, fewer than once proposed but still greater than base zoning would allow.
