The Residences @ Shoreline Gateway development has topped out at 1001 North Shoreline Boulevard in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The three-structure project is the second construction phase, creating over three hundred homes between Google’s headquarters and the Mountain View Caltrain. Sares Regis is the developer, working for Lighthouse Real Estate Investments.
The Gateway at Millbrae Station mixed-use development is officially open in Millbrae, San Mateo County. The project has brought affordable housing, market-rate housing, offices, a hotel, and new retail directly across from the county’s largest transit hub, serviced by BART, Caltrain, SamTrans, and eventually, the High-Speed Rail. Republic Urban Properties is the project sponsor.
San Mateo County has awarded $22 million of state funding for Eucalyptus Grove, an eight-story affordable housing infill at 1875 California Drive in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The plan will bring 69 new homes near the Millbrae BART and Caltrain Station. The neighborhood has seen plans for many apartment and life sciences projects approved or under construction, including the nearly-completed Gateway at Millbrae project and the recently ground-broken AVIA project by Longfellow. CRP Affordable is responsible for the development.
A new housing project has been approved for development at 788 San Antonio Road in Palo Alto. The project proposal includes the development of a four-story residential building offering 102 residential units and retail space. 788 SAPA Land LLC is the project developer. Studio S Squared Architecture is responsible for the designs.
YIMBY has received the updated rendering for the eight-story residential proposal at 3128-3160 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The project will create 380 new homes across from the city’s two tallest buildings, the Palo Alto Office Center. Acclaim Companies is the project applicant.
