The project could create as many as 800 homes, a park, and a potential new library on top of surface parking around the El Cerrito BART Station. Holliday Development and Related Companies are joint developers.

The project proposal includes the development of multiple family residences on two property lots. If developed, the project will replace Creekside Inn, a commercial property, on the site. Toll Brothers is the project developer.
New renderings have been revealed for Sunnydale Block 9, an affordable housing component of the mixed-income Sunnydale Hope SF project in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco. The project will create 95 new homes ranging from one-bedrooms to four-bedrooms at 178 Brookdale Avenue. Related Companies and Mercy Housing are co-sponsoring the development.
New building permits have been filed for the construction of a seven-story senior housing project at 1001 Franklin Street on Cathedral Hill, San Francisco. The project will create new senior affordable housing connected with the block’s existing three buildings on St. Mark’s Square. The John Stewart Company is the project application on behalf of the property owner, Martin Luther Towner Inc.
Mayor London N. Breed, representatives from the California Department of Housing and Community Development, and local community leaders recently celebrated the groundbreaking for an affordable housing project at 180 Jones Street in Tenderloin, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of 70 100% affordable homes for the unhoused. Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) is the project developer. Van Meter Williams Pollack is responsible for the design concepts. Cahill Contractors is responsible for the construction.
