The San Francisco Planning Department is starting to circulate public notices regarding the mid-June meeting for the 27-story proposal for 469 Stevenson Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The proposal hopes to utilize the State Density Bonus program to create nearly five hundred apartments, of which a portion will be affordable. San Francisco-based BUILD is the project developer.
New renderings have been revealed with a preliminary project assessment for an eight-story mixed-use building with affordable housing at 244 9th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project is set to replace a small two-story structure with 27 new rental apartments. Prestige Milling Investment is listed as responsible for the project as the property owner.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of facade remodel and construction proposed for the building at 923 Market Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the addition of a new front facade on the first and second floors along with remodeling of the rear facade on the second floor. The proposed changes will transition the building use from office to residential. Goldman Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.

Situated right on the neighborhood border with Potrero Hill, the proposal will the existing structure’s function as a child daycare center for Bright Horizons at Kansas Street while nearly tripling the laboratory footprint. DES Architects & Engineers is responsible for the design.
