The extension to the Bay Trail will connect a public park with the planned Potrero Power Station redevelopment, a project for which demolition has occurred, but construction has yet to start. Harrigan Weidenmuller Company is the project developer.

The plans designed by Groundworks Office will connect the mixed-use proposal with a small warehouse owned by Harrigan Weidenmuller Real Estate leased to Amazon. The plan will extend the ambitious waterfront trail envisioned by the Association of Bay Area Governments and Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
Dewey Land Company has proposed a new three-story laboratory for 700 Indiana Street in Dogpatch, San Francisco. The plans are to create a new home for MBC BioLabs, a coworking company that specializes in labs across the Bay Area, including a location at 953 Indiana Street. The project would help serve the region’s prominent life sciences industry.
The San Francisco Planning Department has approved CEQA streamlining for a new manufacturing and laboratory building at 2800 3rd Street in Dogpatch, San Francisco. The project will replace a low-density block with light industrial and laboratory space. New York-based Madison Capital is responsible for the project as the property owner.
The UCSF Nancy Friend Pritzker Psychiatry Building has finished and is being prepared for opening at 2130 3rd Street in Dogpatch, San Francisco. As part of the UCSF Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, it is one of the first medical facilities in the country to integrate physical and mental health care, interdisciplinary academics, and research. The project was developed in a joint venture with The Prado Group and SKS Partners.
