Demolition is underway for structures located at 6501 Golden Gate Drive in Dublin, Alameda County. The project proposal includes the development of an affordable residential community consisting of two five-story buildings with retail space on the ground floor and onsite amenities.
The new ZEISS office center at 5300 Central Parkway in Dublin, Alameda County, is now complete. Named the ZEISS Innovation Center, the three-story office building will centralize the firm’s previous footprint split between Dublin and Pleasanton with purpose-built facilities for the company’s evolving needs. The construction of a new residential complex at 6700 Golden Gate Drive in Dublin has moved forward. Real estate investment firm, AvalonBay Communities bought the project site last month. The property site currently houses an industrial building which is proposed for demolition. The property was purchased though an affiliate and costed around $38.6 million.
Just over three months after permits were originally filed, the city of Dublin has approved the construction for a new batch of single-family houses in the Knolls at Tassajara Hills in Dublin, Alameda County. Nineteen permits were approved and issued along Delamar Drive and Lembert Hills Drive. Toll Brothers is responsible for the 258-unit development.
Permits have been approved for nine new multi-family apartment buildings. The applications will build 74 units in sum as part of the nearly two-thousand unit Boulevard Dublin development in Dublin, Alameda County. Boulevard is a joint project with Brookfield and Lennar. For the permits most recently approved, Lennar is responsible.
