The project has been shortened from a previous application with six floors but still has 19 group housing units. Vanguard Properties is responsible for the applicant, operating through M-J SF Investments LLC.
New renderings and a preliminary project assessment for 2051 Market Street have been revealed, located on the northern edge of the Mission District in San Francisco. The seven-story residential infill will replace a two-story commercial building with commercial retail and 29 new apartments to be sold for ownership. The project will also apply for protection from Senate Bill 330.
A commission review application has been filed for a proposed seven-story mixed-use development at 240-250 Church Street between 15th and Market Street. The residential infill would add new residences, including some low-income housing to San Francisco’s Castro neighborhood. 250 Church LLC is the project sponsor for property owner Ty Bash.
Permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new project at 18 Lapidge Street in Mission District, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story residential building. SIA Consulting Corp is managing the design concepts and construction.
Permits have been filed for a residential expansion of the building at 52 Landers Street in the Mission District, San Francisco. The development replaces an existing three-unit building with four new condominiums. James Shissler and Hwang Steve currently own the structure.
