A top-level tenant has been secured for 100 Stockton Street, the newly redeveloped retail hub by San Francisco’s Union Square. Chotto Matte, an international Peruvian-Japanese Restaurant, will operate from the rooftop terrace by 2022. Morgan Stanley and Blatteis & Schnur are responsible for the development.
New construction permits have been filed for a nine-story group housing project at 468 Turk Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The project would create 101 single-room occupancy units. Turk Street LLC is responsible for the development, with Maddern Construction as the contractor.
The San Francisco planning commission has approved plans to construct a 13-story group housing complex at 450 O’Farrell Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. Once complete, the building will include 316 new dwelling units, a new church facility, and ground-level space for a Christian Science Reading room. The project is sponsored by the Fifth Church of Christ, Scientist.
A new rendering has been revealed for a proposed thirteen-story mixed-use building by Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco. The project, located at the corner of Polk and Olive Street, would create new retail space and housing with affordable units. RG Architecture is managing the building design.
