Developers have filed a pre-application for a small residential development at 2401 Adeline Street in the McClymonds neighborhood of West Oakland. The project would add 18 new affordable dwellings to the city’s housing market. Studio KDA is managing the project as the architect.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of an affordable housing project proposed at 2201 Brush Street in West Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building featuring 100% affordable dwelling units and space for commercial use. East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is the project applicant. Pyatok Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
New renderings have been revealed for a residential addition to 2621 Market Street, West Oakland. The project would fill in the vacant parcel with one primary and two secondary residences. Baran Studio Architecture will be in charge of the design.

Development agreement and a preliminary application for future changes to the building height and approved uses have been submitted. The proposal will replace a two-story apartment building with eight new residences. Millbrae-based Waters and Waters Inc. is responsible for the project as the property owner.
