The recently formed team received approval from the Oakland City Council late last month, and construction has already started to improve the field for the Pioneer League team. Crews are working to finish work ahead of the nearly sold-out first home game on June 4th.

During the in-person meeting, the commission could recommend approval for the latest major development around the neighborhood’s BART Station. Tidewater Capital is responsible for the application.
