Transamerica Pyramid Time Capsule Gallery Open To Public

Last week, Michael Shvo showed up to his newly reopened skyscraper to unveil the contents of the once-forgotten time capsule for the Transamerica Pyramid. The memorabilia from the 51-year-old container is now on display inside the Transamerica Annex, revealing a snapshot in San Francisco’s local culture and history related to the controversial addition to the skyline. Brisbane Files with CEQA for Baylands Specific Development Plan

Last week, the City of Brisbane’s proposal for the Baylands development area was opened for public review through the CEQA application page. The specific site plan, developed in partnership with the Metis Environmental Group and Environmental Science Associates, is a sweeping redevelopment of more than 680 acres along Highway 101 and the Caltrain tracks between San Francisco and South San Francisco.

Application Filed For Schools of the Sacred Heart Athletics Facility

Plans have been filed for a three-story athletics facility at 2835 Geary Boulevard between Laurel Heights and Lone Mountain in San Francisco. The project will replace the existing commercial structure with a variety of amenities for students of the Convent & Stuart Hall, a private Catholic school. As revealed late last year, the proposal does require the demolition of the nearly sixty-year-old pool hall, Family Billiards.
