Public Comment for Affordable Housing in Point Reyes Station, Marin County

Public comment has started on repurposing a former United States Coast Guard site at 100 Commodore Webster Drive into affordable housing in Point Reyes Station, an unincorporated town in Marin County. The project will bring new life to the county-owned property next to the local population center, which includes two grocery stores, restaurants, and the West Marin Elementary School. Eden Housing and the Community Land Trust Association of West Marin are jointly responsible for the development.

The application aims to secure a streamlined approval path using Senate Bill 35 for the over two hundred homes close to Downtown San Jose. Core Companies and Eden Housing are joint developers responsible for the project.
