The development has replaced a former wood mill with 41 affordable homes. Eden Housing partnered with Replay Resorts to head development. Eden will serve as property management for future residents.
The State of California has certified the environmental study for Oak Hill Apartments, an affordable housing proposal in San Quentin, Marin County. The decision gives the green light to pursue construction, avoiding the need for local approval from the notoriously anti-housing county staff. Eden Housing and Education Housing Partners are joint developers.

The project proposal includes the development of a five-story apartment complex offering affordable homes for rent. The onsite office structure and the remaining housing units will be demolished. Nonprofits HIP Housing and Eden Housing have teamed to form Cherry Street Commons as the project developers.
