Holland Partner Group is overseeing the construction of an 18-story residential building at 277 27th Street in Northgate-Waverly, bordering Downtown Oakland. A recent site visit shows construction has topped out, and most of the exterior facade is installed. Once complete, the apartment building, called VESPR or 24th and Harrison, will bring 405 apartments and 65,000 square feet of ground-level retail.

Permits have been filed for the new building in SoMA, San Francisco, starting the process for construction to begin. This development is the first in a series of projects from the city’s Tasman East Specific Plan. City plans aim to transform 45 acres of a low-rise industrial neighborhood to be a high-density residential and office district with proximity to light rail and the Levi’s Stadium. Holland Partners Group is responsible for the development of 2200 Calle De Luna.
