New renderings have been revealed for Sunnydale Block 9, an affordable housing component of the mixed-income Sunnydale Hope SF project in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco. The project will create 95 new homes ranging from one-bedrooms to four-bedrooms at 178 Brookdale Avenue. Related Companies and Mercy Housing are co-sponsoring the development.

The plans will create 334 new homes, split between two structures, the family and the senior housing buildings being developed respectively by Mercy Housing and the Chinatown Community Development Center.

Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco has announced applications will be accepted starting Tuesday, February 22nd, for eight affordable homes in 36 Amber Drive in Diamond Heights, San Francisco. The period will last until April 22nd. Applicants must attend the virtual information session led by the non-profit, with one scheduled for tomorrow.
