Permits Filed For Herz Recreation Center At 1500 Sunnydale Avenue In Sunnydale, San Francisco

Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a community center at 1500 Sunnydale Avenue in Sunnydale, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a double-story building offering recreational and childcare services. San Francisco Planning Commission conducted the design review last year, and now the project moves ahead. The city’s Park Department is developing the project in concert with Mercy Housing and Related California. Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.

Roseville Planning Commission has approved a new housing project with 98 residential units that will be developed at 1721 Pleasant Grove Boulevard in Roseville. The project proposes both affordable housing and senior housing. Mercy Housing is the project developer and Eskaton is the property owner. The companies have come together to work on the project to offer affordable housing to Roseville residents.
