The city of San Francisco and its beloved Mayor London Breed is celebrating the inauguration of a new housing develoment at 691 China Basin Street in Mission Bay, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a housing community offering affordable residences and onsite services. Mercy Housing is the project developer. Studio Vara and Paulett Taggart Architects teamed up to design the project.

Construction Nearly Complete for 1064 Mission Street, SoMa, San Francisco

Construction has topped out and scaffolding removed for 1064 Mission Street, a six-story permanent supportive housing project in SoMa, San Francisco. The building will soon open with 256 studio apartments for adults and seniors in the city. 1064 Mission is a joint venture with the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, Mercy Housing, and the Episcopal Community Services.

Permits Filed For a Residential Project At 4995 Stockton Boulevard In Colonial Heights, Sacramento

Development permits have been filed for a new affordable housing project at 4995 Stockton Boulevard in Colonial Heights, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of affordable residential units built in 21 four-story buildings, seven three-story buildings, and 13 triplex buildings. Plans call for the demolition of an existing building on the site. Mercy Housing is the project developer.
