Once finished in 2024, the project will offer housing for over a hundred teachers to work in San Mateo County and Santa Clara County. Mercy Housing and Abode Communities are responsible for the project.
New renderings have been filed for a 100% affordable housing development at 2530 18th Street in San Francisco’s Mission District neighborhood. The eight-story project will expand the Homeless Prenatal Program facilities and create 73 new homes. HPP is the property owner, represented by the Equity Community Builders. Mercy Housing is the developer.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a senior housing project at 2125 Telegraph Avenue in Downtown Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story housing complex offering 100% affordable units to seniors. Mercy Housing is the project developer. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts. PGAdesign is responsible for landscape architecture.
Construction work has finished for the supportive housing development at 833 Bryant Street in SoMa, San Francisco. Residents have already started to move into the 145 new units, accompanied by amenities, a ground-floor flex space, and support offices. The project is a partnership between Mercy Housing, Tipping Point Community, and the San Francisco Accelerator Fund.
Three demolition permits have been filed to make way for the construction of Kelsey Civic Center, a new eight-story affordable housing project at 234-240 Van Ness Avenue. The proposal will add 112 new residences and ground-level retail across from City Hall in San Francisco’s Civic Center neighborhood. Mercy Housing is the project developer.
