While the city had original approved plans for a 182-unit tower, the developer is now to build 222 new residences, of which 35 will be affordable. oWOW is responsible for the development and design.
New plans have been filed following an existing proposal at 960 Howard Street in SoMa, San Francisco. oWOW has filed to construct a 14-story mixed-use infill with a mass-timber superstructure instead of a three-story office project. Demolition work has already been completed on-site, preserving the facade of the former industrial building.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 316 12th Street in downtown Oakland. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of a residential building with three additional levels above a double-story building. oWow Development is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

Major Design Review of floor plans and elevation of previously approved Conditional Use Permit for 2715 Adeline Street in West Oakland is under process. The project proposal includes the demolition of an industrial structure and the construction of new commercial development with work-live units. The developer plans to retain the brick facade of the existing structure, the Coast Sausage Company.
