The project will create 99 units that will either become permanent supportive housing or rapid rehousing units at 797 South Almaden Avenue. RCD Housing is the project developer.

The project will create 83 homes, including replacement housing for an existing structure near the UC Berkeley campus. Martin Group and Valiance Capital are sponsoring the proposal.

New renderings have been revealed for the eight-story mixed-use infill at 2587 Telegraph Avenue in South Berkeley, Alameda County. The project will replace the low-slung commercial structure with 48 homes and live/work housing. The Rhode Island-based Gilbane Development Company is the project applicant.
Plans are underway for a five-story residential infill at 6115 Potrero Avenue in El Cerrito, Contra Costa County. The development will replace a single-story commercial structure on a narrow parcel with 63 homes above retail, with groundbreaking expected as early as this year. Potrero Partners LLC, led by Coldwell Banker realtor Kim Marienthal, is listed as the project sponsor.
