New renderings have been revealed for a sloping 10-unit townhome development at 1151 Washington Street in Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project will replace an existing single-unit structure. Macy Architecture is responsible for the application and design.
With the planning applications fully approved, new building permits have been filed for the 6-story residential development at 1320 Washington Street in Nob Hill, San Francisco. The proposal will replace a two-story parking garage with 25 homes. Urban Land Development is responsible for the application.
Construction work is moving forward for 1580 Pacific Avenue, a six-story development rising on the northwest edge of Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project started by demolishing an existing commercial structure and surface parking. The new building will create 53 new homes, designed by San Francisco-based RG Architecture.
New plans have been filed for residential development at 169 Bernard Street and 1270 Pacific Avenue, by the northern edge of Nob Hill in San Francisco. The project will create four new homes between two structures, replacing two low-slung buildings. Elements Building Company is leading the development as the project sponsor.

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill has tweaked the design, San Francisco’s planning commission approved the Conditional Use Authorization in September, and the building permits were filed in November.
