A new residential project has been proposed for development at 4125 Franklin Boulevard in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a multi-family development offering 17 units. The project calls for the demolition of an existing building on the site under separate permits.

The builder’s remedy-assisted proposal will bring over three hundred apartments and more than four hundred cars to the affluent Silicon Valley city. San Mateo-based developer Sares Regis Group is responsible for the project.
Financing has been secured for proposed affordable housing at 802 South First Street in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The joint venture responsible for the six-story project has agreed to a $66 million loan with PNC National Bank. Construction is expected to start in the fall of this year.
