A new hotel project has been proposed for development at 200 Rollins Road in Millbrae. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story hotel to be built as a part of a larger transit-oriented mixed-use complex offering spaces for apartments, retail, and office uses. Republic Urban Properties and Huntington Hospitality Group have partnered up for the project. ACRM Architects is responsible for the design.
Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new hotel development proposed at 2270 Del Paso Road in Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story hotel offering 122 rooms. WS California Developer LLC is listed as the project developer. BRR Architecture is responsible for the designs.
