Funding Secured for New Hotel Proposed at Millbrae Station Project

A new hotel project has been proposed for development at 200 Rollins Road in Millbrae. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story hotel to be built as a part of a larger transit-oriented mixed-use complex offering spaces for apartments, retail, and office uses. Republic Urban Properties and Huntington Hospitality Group have partnered up for the project. ACRM Architects is responsible for the design.
