The project will add 157 new apartments and retail space to the East Bay housing market. Swenson is the owner and developer of the project, with the firm’s architectural division also in charge of the design.
Renderings have been revealed for a new single-family dwelling at 1 Castenada Avenue in Forest Hill, San Francisco. The project is being designed by Strachan Forgan, principal architect for the San Francisco offices of Solomon Cordwell Buenz.

The project proposal includes the construction of a mini-lot development on an existing up-slope vacant lot. Zachary Heineman is the project applicant. Team Projects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
