New building permits have been filed for a sprawling apartment neighborhood at 3550 North Freeway Boulevard in North Natomas, Sacramento. The proposal will create nearly four hundred dwellings across nine garden-style buildings. Greystar is the project applicant.
Preliminary permits have been filed with new plans for a low-slung commercial lot at 1655 South De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, Santa Clara County. The application is now looking to create 35 townhome-style units, representing a slight increase from previously approved plans. Gilroy-based Truth in Love LLC is listed as the property owner.
Preliminary permits have been filed to add housing at 4103 Old Trace Road in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The project would create seven single-family homes with accessory dwelling units on an empty lot. Steel Bridge Capital is responsible for the application.
