The Pacific Companies, led by Real estate investment firm TPG Angelo Gordon and developer Trumark Homes have purchased five vacant parcels in north Livermore, releasing plans for the development of 253 new housing units on the vacant land.
The Unity Council has filed a zoning worksheet on behalf of the Oakland Peace Center for a partial demolition and reconstruction of a 94-unit affordable housing complex at 411 Fairmount Avenue in Oakland.
On Wednesday, the Oakland Planning Commission unanimously approved the voluntary merger and redevelopment of twelve legal lots in West Oakland. The project, designed by MSA Architecture + Design, would revamp the current AAA facility into a modernized hub.
Permits were filed for a new detached duplex and ADU at 959 Robin’s Nest Place in South Natomas, Sacramento. The total development, designed by RBCAS, will include a three-bedroom unattached single-family home with a garage, and a two-bedroom MMH unit with an attached two-bedroom ADU.
Plans are under review for a five-story residential infill at 150 Shoreline Highway in unincorporated Marin County. The project will bring 32 affordable apartments to the vacant lot next to a Freeway 101 overpass and the Mill Valley-Sausalito path. Pacific Companies is responsible for the application.
