California Attorney General Pushes Scales For 80 Willow Road, Menlo Park

California Attorney General Robert Bonta has weighed in on the prolonged planning process for 80 Willow Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. More than two years have passed since N17 filed plans for the 665-unit development, dubbed Willow Park, and the most recent progress shared by the city in May was the latest determination of ineligibility for processing under Assembly Bill 2011. In the recent ten-page letter from the Attorney General to the city, Bonta declared that the reasons for delay range from improper to unlawful.

Meeting Tomorrow For Franklin Station Redevelopment, Napa

Napa City Council is scheduled to review plans tomorrow night for the mixed-use redevelopment of the former United States Post Office in the county seat of Napa County. The proposal would adaptively reuse the historic Franklin Station Post Office building for hotel and restaurant use after the structure was vacated following the 2014 South Napa earthquake. Latest Designs Revealed for Hilton’s Porte Cochere at 750 Kearny Street in San Francisco

A new porte cochère design has been proposed for the underside of the new balcony of the Hilton at 750 Kearny Street in San Francisco. The balcony and porte cochere replace the previously demolished bridge over Kearny Street to Portsmouth Square. At this time, only the entryway area and the balconies above are proposed for renovation, with no new modifications to the larger hotel building itself.
