New renderings have been published for the eight-story residential infill at 1900 Capitol Avenue in Midtown Sacramento. The proposal could produce 252 homes across two structures just a few blocks from the State Capitol Park at the heart of the city. The Newport Beach-based Voit Company is responsible for the application.
Preliminary plans have been filed for a three-story infill at 2513 Irving Street in San Francisco’s Sunset District. The project will add new rental apartments to a small parcel owned by the Police Credit Union, directly across from the seven-story affordable housing project, which replaced the credit union’s former location at 2550 Irving Street.
Commercial new building permits have been filed for the proposed seven-story apartment complex at 2130 J Street in Boulevard Park, Sacramento. The filing comes nine months after the project developer secured entitlements from the city. Teichert-subsidiary Stonebridge Properties is the property owner and sponsor.
New renderings have surfaced for an affordable housing project to rise at 121-197 Marinwood Avenue in unincorporated land just north of San Rafael in Marin County. The project will bring over a hundred rental units to vacant land next to a grocery store in the Lucas Valley area. Tableau Development Company is responsible for the application.

The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story townhome-style apartment complex. Tekin & Associates is the property owner and sponsor. LPAS Architecture + Design is responsible for the design and landscape architecture.
