Bishop Ranch owner Sunset Development aims to reshape their sprawling office campus into a mixed-use neighborhood by adding retail and over four thousand homes over the next two decades.
SF BART recently submitted a preliminary application for the North Berkeley BART Station redevelopment along Sacramento Street in Berkeley. The local transit agency will use Assembly Bill 2011 to streamline approval with a CEQA-exempt and time-limited process. Once complete, the project will replace surface parking around the transit station with 739 new homes.

New plans have been published for the Balboa Reservoir townhomes, an 89-unit component for the project that will create over a thousand homes next to the City College of San Francisco. With plans approved two years ago and the property sale likely, the team is eyeing a groundbreaking by 2024.
