The project, the tallest mass timber tower on the West Coast, will bring 236 new residences capped by a public rooftop deck. oWow, the project developer, hopes to welcome their first residents before the year’s end.

Construction has topped out for the narrow apartment infill at 1433 Floribunda Avenue in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project has replaced a low-density two-story home with eight residences close to City Hall and Burlingame Avenue. San Mateo-based Genesis Resources Inc is the project developer.
Revised plans have been submitted for the eight-story residential project at 3403 Piedmont Avenue in Pill Hill, Oakland. The application has been increased from 73 to 93 units by using the State Density Bonus program. Jack London Square-based oWow is the developer.
Revised development permits have been approved for the four-story residential development at 2400 Filbert Street in West Oakland, Alameda County. The application will create 86 homes and ten work/live residences in an existing warehouse structure. TNP Real Estate Investments, led by a Danville-based individual, is the project sponsor.
Crews have finished the concrete foundation pour at 1510 Webster Street in Downtown Oakland for the future 19-story mass timber tower. The project has been designed and developed by Oakland-based oWOW and will eventually become the tallest mass timber building on the West Coast and the second tallest in the country. Once complete, the development will create 222 new homes above commercial and retail space.
