Plans will be under review in a public meeting tomorrow about 3000 Patrick Henry Drive, a seven-story residential project across from Mission College and Great America in Santa Clara, Santa Clara County. The proposal will replace a light industrial warehouse with 307 new homes, retail, and a community art center. Summerhill Apartment Communities is the project applicant.
The Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for tonight to review plans for the townhome infill at 1133-1169 Magnolia Avenue in Larkspur, Marin County. Magnolia Village will create twenty new homes, including some affordable housing, and a new home for Rustic Bakery. Edge Development Group is the project developer.
Residential plans will be up for approval today for 130 Market Place in San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The plans have been significantly reduced due to public pressure, adding just 44 residences instead of the initial 284-unit proposal. KTGY Architects is responsible for the design.
New plans have been filed for a Bay Trail pedestrian bridge connecting the Potrero Power Station site with Warm Water Cove Park at 401 23rd Street, along the waterfront in Dogpatch, San Francisco. The plans designed by Groundworks Office will connect the mixed-use proposal with a small warehouse owned by Harrigan Weidenmuller Real Estate leased to Amazon. The plan will extend the ambitious waterfront trail envisioned by the Association of Bay Area Governments and Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
Greystar will request a first-time extension today for the approved architectural review of Parcels 20 and 27 within the Tasman East Specific Plan in Santa Clara. The plans include 371 rental units at 2225 Calle De Luna and 2232 Calle Del Mundo. The request will be made during the city’s Development Review Hearing, scheduled to start at 3 PM today.
