Concrete has topped out with facade installation underway for the eight-story affordable housing complex at 730 Stanyan Street in Haight-Ashbury, San Francisco. The white and gray precast panels showcase the design from the influential architecture studio, OMA. Once complete, there will be 160 new permanently affordable apartments, retail, community space, and a childcare facility next to Amoeba Music, Whole Foods, and Golden Gate Park.

Groundbreaking for OMA-Designed Affordable Housing in Haight-Ashbury, San Francisco

The Final Environmental Impact Report has been published for Willow Village, the 59-acre mixed-use development proposed for Menlo Park in San Mateo County. The masterplan imagines a dense campus with offices, housing, a hotel, and public open space functioning as a new neighborhood and a working destination for the Facebook parent company, Meta. New Building Permits Approved, Updated Design for 730 Stanyan Street in San Francisco

New building permits have been approved by the Planning Department for the construction of an eight-story affordable infill at 730 Stanyan Street in Haight-Ashbury, San Francisco. The project is expected to cost just over a million dollars per unit, costing nearly $166 million. Along with the approval, the Board of Supervisors has passed a resolution supporting potential state funding for the project, and new design plans have been revealed from OMA.
