The project proposal includes the development of a 77-unit family project along with space for retail uses and onsite services. Pyatok Architects is responsible for the designs. Cahill Contractors is the project contractor. SAHA Homes is the property and service manager.
Plans for The Village SF Wellness Center is among the five winners of the national 2023 Mass Timber Competition. The contest was run by the Softwood Lumber Board and the USDA Forest Service, focusing on building toward net-zero construction. The five winners will receive a combined $2.2 million. The Village SF, a proposed multi-function community hub for indigenous peoples in San Francisco’s Mission District, is developed by Friendship House, Equity Community Builders, and several Native-led nonprofits.
City officials and the development team gathered yesterday afternoon to celebrate the opening of Randall, a new affordable apartment complex in Healdsburg, Sonoma County. The development has replaced a former wood mill with 41 affordable homes. Eden Housing partnered with Replay Resorts to head development. Eden will serve as property management for future residents.
A 100% affordable housing project has been approved and is making progress at 121 East 12th Street in Merritt, Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story building offering 91 residential units, retail, and parking spaces. Oakland-based East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation is the developer. PYATOK Architects is responsible for the designs. DCI Engineers is consulting on structural engineering, Sandis is the civil engineer, and Jett is the landscape architect.

The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale residential community offering 99 units at affordable rates designed within nine buildings.
