Construction is moving along for Celeste at 401 Cypress Avenue in South San Francisco, San Mateo County. Devcon Construction, the general contractor, has completed the concrete podium is now about halfway up to the eight-story pinnacle. The development will add new six-story office space and retail next to the planned Town Square project on the former parking lot E. The joint venture of Sares Regis Group and Dostart Development Company is developing for the project.
New high-resolution renderings have been revealed for the proposed six-story office building at 300 South Mathilda Avenue in Sunnyvale. The project is part of the city-altering CityLine Sunnyvale development that is bringing housing, offices, retail, and a new public park to Santa Clara County’s second most populous city. The project is being led by STC Venture LLC, a joint venture with Hunter Properties and Sares Regis Group.
Development permits were submitted for the approval of constructing a multi-family housing project at 447 N 1st Street in Ryland, San Jose. The project proposal includes constructing an apartment building with 115 units. Count documents revealed that the project successfully garnered financing for the pre-development stages from Google Endeavor, a unit of Alphabet, the owner of Google.
