The project applicant has requested a two-year extension of the previous design review approval for the Walden Garden Townhomes in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County. The plan would replace one home with eight townhomes. Danville-based Habib Saiidnia is responsible for the application.
Construction has topped out for the five-story affordable Belmont Village Senior Living at Bishop Ranch 1A in San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The project, addressed at 6151 Bollinger Canyon Road, is the first in a massive 600-acre masterplan led by Sunset Development to transform a car-oriented office campus into a walkable city with 4,500 homes, parks, and shops. Belmont Village Senior Housing is the project sponsor, and Sunset Development is the property owner.
Construction has started for the new two-story townhome complex at 600 Hartz Avenue in Danville, Contra Costa County. The plan has replaced the FAZ restaurant with 37 new homes and ground-level retail. The Address Company is the project’s developer.
Construction is underway for Aspen Wood, an entirely affordable senior housing project on the southern border of San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The project will create 123 new homes at 9000 Alcosta Boulevard, close to the Walmart-anchored Country Club Village shopping center. Standard Communities and Housing On Merit are jointly responsible for the development.
New renderings have been shared for the L-shaped housing infill at 6115 Potrero Avenue in El Cerrito, Contra Costa County. The development would bring 63 new apartments close to BART. Studio KDA is the project architect.
