The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering residential and commercial spaces along with onsite amenities, outdoor spaces, and parking. SyRES Properties is the project developer. BDE Architecture is responsible for the designs.
Longfellow Real Estate Partners has submitted the project application for an expansive 84-acre office park modernization project in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The project, named Redwood LIFE: Evolve, will reshape the 1990s-era complex with taller office buildings, minimal surface parking, and a heavy emphasis on landscaping and community amenities. HOK is responsible for the design.
Construction has topped out for San Mateo County Office Building 3, the newest county government building in Redwood City. The project has been designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill to be the nation’s first civic building made of mass timber and be net-zero energy. The building is expected to open next year.

The project proposal includes the redevelopment of several office buildings into a high-end life sciences campus on 100 Marine Parkway, 1 Twin Dolphin Drive, and 3 Twin Dolphin Drive within the Redwood Shore. Prince Street Partners and Center Capital Partners are the project developers.
