South City To Consider Expanded Plans for Gateway of Pacific Phase Four

The South San Francisco planning commission will review expanded plans for Gateway of Pacific phase four tonight. The three-structure phase, to be addressed as 900 Gateway Boulevard, will be the penultimate portion of a development that has already had a significant contribution to the South City East Side skyline in the north of San Mateo County. The developer, BioMed Realty, has proposed to increase the North Building from five to nine stories tall.

CEQA Report Positive for 580 Dubuque Avenue, South San Francisco

The Mitigated Negative Declaration report has been filed, pushing forward plans for a new life sciences project at 580 Dubuque Avenue in The East Side neighborhood of  South San Francisco, San Mateo County. The application, filed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), shows no significant environmental impact from the proposal. IQHQ, a Real Estate Investment Trust, is sponsoring the project via South City Ventures, LLC.

New renderings have been revealed for 101 Gull Drive, a proposed life sciences development in South San Francisco’s East Side neighborhood. The proposal will replace a vacant parcel with a seven-story office building and a 4.5-story garage. The San Mateo County development is being sponsored by Michael Sanford, CEO of the US division for CFLD International, a Singapore-based developer focused on industrial projects and new industry cities across the world.
