Studio S Squared Architecture is responsible for the designs.

Coliseum Motel LLC is the property owner.

The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use building offering office and residential spaces. Plans call to replace several low-rise commercial structures and asphalt with hundreds of thousands of square feet of office space, a few dozen units of affordable housing, and a childcare facility.
