The project proposal includes the development of the Northgate Industrial Park at the prior Frys Electronics retail facility location at 4100 Northgate Boulevard. The project will permanently convert the retail site to a warehouse industrial facility and will have capacity for 448 employees. LTFS Investors, LLC is the project applicant.
