Final approval has been given for the Mission Point master plan at 3005 Democracy Way, Santa Clara. The wide-ranging development would construct four different structures with between 1,800 to 2,600 apartments, up between two to three million square feet of commercial real estate, retail, public open space, and a childcare facility across nearly fifty acres. The San Francisco Planning Department is scheduled to review an updated development agreement with Prado Group and SKS Partners for the residential redevelopment of 3333 California Street in Laurel Heights. Environmental Review Process Starts for UC Berkeley Space Center Campus, Mountain View

UC Berkeley has published the notice of preparation for the Berkeley Space Center in the NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The university is working with NASA to create a $2 billion 36-acre research campus of academic and research facilities in the heart of the historic Moffett Field. UC and San Francisco-based SKS Partners have entered a joint venture, Moffett Partners LLC, to pursue development.

Demolition Underway for UC Parnassus Heights Hospital and Research Building

Demolition and excavation work is underway for two major projects in the UCSF Parnassus Heights campus in San Francisco. Crews finished removing the seven-story UC Hall, and only a corner of the four-story ​​Mental Health Services building remains as of our visit. The sites are expected to be transformed into a research building and hospital, with both scheduled to finish by 2028 and 2030, respectively.
