The recent filings look to add 152 residential units, a fifth of the full build-out expected for the former educational space. Prado Group is responsible for the development.
Updated renderings have been published for Strada’s waterfront housing development at 555 Beale Street, San Francisco. The new illustrations showcase the design by the international architecture studio Grimshaw for two residential buildings expected to deliver over six hundred units along The Embarcadero. Construction could start as early as next year.
The Environmental Impact Report has been published for the potentially massive redevelopment of the Tanforan Mall in San Bruno, San Mateo County. The EIR considers two possible scenarios for the mixed-use redevelopment, where the balance of housing to office space is flipped. Alexandria Real Estate Equities is the project developer.
Final approval has been given for the Mission Point master plan at 3005 Democracy Way, Santa Clara. The wide-ranging development would construct four different structures with between 1,800 to 2,600 apartments, up between two to three million square feet of commercial real estate, retail, public open space, and a childcare facility across nearly fifty acres.
