Construction has started for the new two-story townhome complex at 600 Hartz Avenue in Danville, Contra Costa County. The plan has replaced the FAZ restaurant with 37 new homes and ground-level retail. The Address Company is the project’s developer.

The project has replaced a surface parking lot with affordable workforce and senior housing one block from the busy Burlingame Avenue retail thoroughfare. The Pacific Companies, an Idaho-based firm, is the project developer.
