The project proposal includes the construction of residences above Insight Coffee Roasters near downtown Sacramento. Williams & Paddon Architects and Planners is managing the design concepts and the construction. Urban Elements LLC is the developer. Fulcrum Redding LLC is the property owner that purchased the property in 2015 for $3.4 million.

The project would add 74 new residential units to the state capital’s housing market. Phoenix Enterprises Inc is the property owner, with SKK Developments behind the application.

The project would add ten apartments to the Sacramento housing market and a sizable commercial retail space at ground level. Griffith Architects will be responsible for the project.
