Residential planning review permits have been filed for an eleven-unit affordable housing project at 8395 Jackson road, College / Glen in Eastern Sacramento. The development is to be called St. Johns Village and is funded in part through the State-wide Homekey Housing program.
Permits for seven single-family houses have been recently filed as part of the Northlake suburban development in Natomas, Sacramento. The units will range in size from 2,100 and 2,360 square feet, with 447 square feet garages, porches, and water-efficient landscaping. Lennar Homes of California Inc. with Integral Communities are responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed to convert a 6400 square foot commercial structure into a 10-unit multi-family apartment building at 1517 E Street, Downtown Sacramento. also have parking on two parcels approximately 0.30-acres in area. The proposed building will have a load of 32 occupants and is being designed by M. Higginbotham Architect.
Plans are moving forward for four three-story apartments at 8009 Franklin Boulevard in Sacramento’s Valley Hi / North Laguna neighborhood. The development is to be known as the Franklin Apartment. Canada-based Janda Group will be responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for mixed adaptive reuse of 2630 5th Street in the Upper Land Park neighborhood of Sacramento. The development will transform the vacant brick structure into a market building with attached apartments. Once complete, it will go by the name, ‘The Market Club at the Mill.’ The Market Club Investors LLC owns the building, with Abbott Taylor Architecture responsible for the design.
