The revised application would rise three floors with half the residential capacity as initially considered. Granite Bay-based developer Ashria Holdings LLC is responsible for the application.
A new hotel has been proposed for development at 1701 K Street in Midtown, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a six-story hotel. The project will replace a CVS pharmacy on the site. CVS Health Corp owns the property.

Construction is wrapping up for the new Sacramento Criminal Courthouse around 500 G Street in Downtown Sacramento. The project has consolidated the city’s existing courthouse functions from four sites to a new tower directly across from the Sacramento Valley Station. NBBJ is the architect.
Construction has topped out, and facade installation is nearly complete for the four-story apartment complex at 1208 Q Street in Downtown Sacramento. The building, to be named Luella, is creating over four dozen homes by light rail and walking distance from the State Capitol Park. Urban Development + Partners is the project developer.
