The proposal will add 51 new units to Downtown Sacramento’s housing market, less than ten minutes away from the State Capitol Building. Urban Development + Partners is the property owner and developer.

New planning permits have been filed for the demolition of the existing Natomas Sports Club gym at 2450 Natomas Park Drive in the South Natomas neighborhood of Sacramento. The complex will be replaced by a new 190-unit apartment community dubbed Sutter Green 2.0 Apartments. These permits follow news released in October that the Sports Club location is permanently closing. Demmon Partners is the project developer.
