The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story housing complex. Mayor London N. Breed celebrated the grand opening. Mission Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) and BRIDGE Housing are the project developers. Local architects Ankrom Moisan Architects and G7A are managing the design concepts and construction.
The San Francisco Planning Department has published the draft environmental review for 2500 Mariposa Street in the Mission District of San Francisco. The proposed project would create 575 dwelling units on top of an expanded transit facility. The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency is sponsoring the development.
New renderings have been revealed for the proposed five-story mixed-use building at 198 Valencia Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. The project is expected to add 29 dwelling units and retail to the city’s housing market. San Francisco-based JS Sullivan is behind the project.

The development is expected to add 130 affordable dwelling units along with open space and a ground-floor home to an arts-related organization. The Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA) and the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) have partnered as project developers.
